Olivia Amato Teases a Peloton “Strength for Tennis” Program

Peloton members who enjoy tennis may have new content to look forward to: strength for tennis.

Olivia Amato recently hinted that a new strength series – Peloton “Strength for Tennis” – is on the way. In a social media posted, she said:

new strength series loading… 🎾

The inclusion of a tennis ball emoji indicates that this will likely be an expansion of Peloton’s Strength for Sports series, which offers specialized strength programs for sports like soccer, skiing, and golf. Peloton’s most recent addition to the Strength for Sports lineup was cycling with Ben Alldis, which was released this past April. Note that there are also a variety of standalone strength for running classes; though there is yet to be a dedicated program.

These programs are designed to help athletes improve their performance in specific activities by focusing on the muscles and movements that are most important for those sports.

If the Peloton Strength for Tennis program is officially confirmed, it could be a valuable addition for tennis players looking to build strength, improve mobility, and prevent common overuse injuries associated with the sport. Olivia’s post indicates that she would be one of the instructors teaching Strength for Tennis, though there could be multiple instructors.

Peloton had previously teased that more Strength for Sports content was on the way; including Strength for Basketball, which we previously reported was in the works, though it has not yet made its debut.
