Peloton “Strength for Tennis” Program with Assal Arian (in German)

Peloton has released a brand new one-week “Strength for Tennis” program. This is in German, led by Assal Arian.

There is also a one-week “Strength for Tennis & Pickleball” program, which is taught in English by Olivia Amato.

Assal’s German program teases that it will help you “optimize your power, strength and performance on the tennis court.”

Here is the official description for “Strength for Tennis (DE)” from Peloton: “Our one week Strength for Tennis program with Assal offers you a variety of workouts to optimize your power, strength and performance on the tennis court.”

How to join the Peloton Strength for Tennis (DE) with Assal Arian in German program

At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Strength for Tennis (DE) program, and join the program.
