Peloton is continuing to create new classes & programs designed specifically for adaptive athletes. Last month, Peloton released a Seated Adaptive Strength Training Program, and a new partnership with the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation.
This month, Peloton is releasing a brand new Standing Adaptive Strength program. This is a one-week program with 11 classes, designed to “strengthen key muscle groups in order to improve quality of life”. Below you can find all the details on the program, how to sign up, and a list of the classes you’ll be taking in the program. As always, you can find more details about any Peloton program here.
