Peloton’s live class schedule is going through some changes in the coming weeks.
As a reminder, Peloton typically refreshes their regular class schedule at least two or more times a year. Historically there have been seasonal schedule changes in both the fall and the spring – one of which we are seeing now.
With these changes, we are seeing some instructor’s regular live class spots changing time and days, some instructors getting additional slots, and some class types having new regular times added.

As is usually the case with these seasonal changes, inevitably some instructor’s regular class schedule & time slots seem to be changing. For example, Becs Gentry appears to be getting a Thursday morning time slot, and Alex Karwoski may be getting a Friday afternoon time slot on the Tread. Even some signature series such as Adrian Williams’ Thunder 45 Tread bootcamp appears to be moving around to a new day and time with the updated schedule.
There are numerous other instructor’s schedules getting shifted and changed around – but between time off, class subs, and small shifts it will still be a few weeks before all of the new regular schedules get set into stone. However, like previous years, not every single instructor or time slot is changing. For example, Matt Wilpers still appears to have his regular Saturday morning power zone cycling class time slot.
Some other small additions and tweaks are being implemented with the schedule changes rolling out. Katie Wang, who was only recently added as a strength instructor and had one regular strength class a week recently shared that she is getting a second weekly strength class slot with these schedule changes.
Peloton’s rowing class schedule is also getting some updates this spring. For the past several months, outside of artist series, there have been no regular evening rowing classes. With these schedule changes, it looks like there may be a handful of evening rowing or rowing bootcamp classes back on the schedule – making it easier for those on the west coast and other locations to participate in live rowing classes without having to wake up at 3am.
These Peloton seasonal schedule changes are now an annual tradition (you can read about some of the changes in 2024, 2023, and 2022).
One reason for swapping up the schedule now and then is so that instructors can have different days, or time of day, off. Another is that it allows members to work out with different coaches – some people can only workout in evening, and others in morning – so by moving instructor’s regular time slots around, it lets those members take live classes with different coaches.
So far the changes have all been relatively minor this year – unlike last year when Peloton announced they would no longer have live classes on Wednesdays.
