Peloton has released Pump Up The Volume 9, the latest version of their strength training collections designed to help members progress over time. Below you’ll find full details about the program (which is actually a collection), as well as the classes for each week.
The collection description reads:
Add more volume to your workout! Over 4 weeks, our instructors will take you through programmatic classes while gradually increasing your reps, load, and volume. Take the classes on Guide for added metrics.
Pump Up The Volume 9 features instructors Adrian Williams, Rad Lopez, and Andy Speer. As with previous Pump Up The Volume collections, classes are released one week at a time, so only the first week is available now. A new week will become available each week over the next three weeks, and will feature the same instructors as the first week – Adrian, Rad, and Andy.
Pump Up The Volume has eight other collections available, all of which can be accessed via the Collections tab on the web browser, app, or hardware devices. Each collection contains 12 classes intended to be completed over the course of four weeks. Each program includes a mix of numerous strength instructors. Unlike Peloton’s formal training programs, you do not need to take the classes in sequential order to unlock the next workout.
Pump Up The Volume first debuted in September of 2022 and started out exclusive to the Peloton Guide – however, the collections are now available for all members from the moment they are released.
Peloton’s Pump Up The Volume 9 Strength Collection Badges
Unlike a regular program, there are no bronze/silver/gold badges. However, by taking any class in the Pump up the Volume collection (including this one, or any of the previous 8) you get a special badge by taking that one class. There are no additional badges after taking that first class. As always, you can find a full list of Peloton badges and how to earn them here.
