Peloton has given their retail store/showroom at Peloton Studios New York (PSNY) a significant revamp. The new area officially opens today, February 1, 2024.
If you’ve been to PSNY, you know that the retail store was previously on the left side of the upper floor as you ascend the stairs. It was a fairly small area that housed apparel, accessories, and sample hardware devices such as the Bike and Row.
The new location is now on the right side and has a much larger footprint. Peloton removed the recessed and raised seating areas, leveling the entire floor and providing a much larger space for members to walk around and browse.
The left side of the upper floor, formerly housing the small retail area, is reportedly intended to become a stretching area; however it is not yet set up.
The space was redesigned to provide more assortment of apparel and accessories for members to access at PSNY. The reworking of the floorplan will also allow Peloton to maximize their floor space and increase flexibility for member events.
This could also mean that they are able to fit more members into the space at special events.
Peloton shared on social media and their studio booking website ahead of time the space would be reopening on February 1st. Several instructors have also shared videos to their social media accounts showing the new space.

The past few weeks the area has been under construction – temporary walls had been set up around it, and members had been prevented from going into the area while work was being completed.
