Peloton has hired a new Chief People Officer. Effective March 13, Dalana Brand will lead Peloton’s Global People Team and report to CEO Barry McCarthy. Peloton shared the news via press release:
Peloton (NASDAQ: PTON), the leading connected fitness platform, today announced the appointment of Dalana Brand as Peloton’s Chief People Officer (CPO), effective March 13, 2023. As a seasoned executive with significant global leadership experience in multiple industries, Brand joins the team with a strong reputation for organizational transformation. She will report to CEO Barry McCarthy and serve as a member of the leadership team, leading the company’s Global People Team.
Brand previously served as Chief People and Diversity Officer at Twitter, and as the Vice President of Total Rewards for Electronic Arts. She also previously worked for Whirlpool Corporation. Brand is relocating from California to New York City for the role.
Brand provided a quote about her excitement to join the Peloton team:

Brand replaces former Chief People Officer Shari Eaton, who left the company last October.
