Peloton made a surprise announcement this morning, rolling out their new “Dance Cardio” classes to the world. According to the announcement “[Peloton] can’t think of a better moment to dance, move, and shake your stress away. See a new side of your favorite Peloton instructors as you experience a whole new way to get stronger at home”
You can find 5 dance cardio classes available in the on-demand library already. All of the classes added so far feature 2 or more instructors. The coaches who teach the initial Dance Cardio classes include Ally Love, Cody Rigsby, Emma Lovewell, Hannah Marie Corbin, Jess King, and Rebecca Kennedy.
The official description of the classes are:
Turn up the volume and get ready to bust a move because the Dance Cardio collection is here. Let the music move you as you grow stronger in these fun, high-intensity two-for-one workouts—ready and available on demand.
- Party and try something new with fresh cardio routines
- Shake it out with heart-pumping workouts wherever you are
- Round up your friends from the Leaderboard and perfect each routine together
Most of the classes appear to have been filmed in early March, based on social media postings, so no social distancing rules were violated in the taping of these classes.
