This week Peloton held another instructor summit, gathering all of their U.S.-based instructors at the Peloton headquarters in New York City.
Update – You can see info about the ride taught during the summit (“20 min reconnect ride w/ Denis” here, which is now available on-demand.
Based on instructor Instagram Stories shared beginning on Wednesday, January 21, the event brought together the majority of Peloton’s U.S. instructor team, with a few exceptions due to previously scheduled commitments. Callie Gullickson and Selena Samuela – who are both on maternity leave – were absent, and Jess Sims and Marcel Dinkins reportedly had prior engagements.
The summit included a mix of team-building and professional development activities. Several instructors shared glimpses of breakout-style group sessions focused on connection and collaboration.
There was also a talk moderated by Katie Wang with Jesse Israel, the founder of The Big Quiet, who has previously worked with major brands on mindfulness and leadership experiences.

The summit also appeared to highlight Peloton’s three newest instructors, Zacharias Niedzwiecki, Greta Dopp, and Johanna Ricouz.

One highlight that stood out across social media was a group cycling class led by Denis Morton at Peloton Studios New York (PSNY) that appeared to be taken collectively by attending instructors. Many coaches posted photos and videos from the ride.

Peloton will be releasing that class to the on-demand library to all members as a premiere class on Sunday, January 25th @ 10:00am. It will be called the “20 min Reconnect Ride”, and will then be available in the on-demand library afterwards. You can see details about the “20 min Reconnect” ride with Denis Morton & all instructors here.
Several instructors stated how this was the first time all the instructors had taken a class together like that.
The summit took place on a Wednesday, a day when Peloton does not have live classes.
Peloton gathers all of their instructors approximately once per year. We have periodically shared about Global Instructor Summits in the past – first in 2022 – and last year we shared insights from Ally Love about the goals of these meetings.
Though not confirmed, it is likely that Peloton has some kind of similar summit planned for the U.K. team in the near future. This may take place next week while Ally Love is teaching a class in the UK – Robin Arzon also hinted she may be attending that as well.
This article was updated to add details about the release of the group class taught by Denis Morton being added to the on-demand library.
