Peloton has introduced a new series of music-focused workouts – the “Ministry of Sound”. For the unfamiliar, Ministry of Sound is a music company based out of London, with both a nightclub, and their own music label.
The Ministry of Sound series will feature three different workouts. The first took place on Monday 8/24 @ 9:00am ET, and was the “I Love Ibiza” ride. The second ride in the series has been announced as the “Club Anthems Ride”, and will take place on Wednesday 9/23 @ 12:30pm ET. There is not yet confirmation on when the third ride will be yet.
Ben introduced the series on Instagram, and was clearly excited about this collaboration. In fact, in a previous life before Peloton, and before he worked in finance, Ben was a DJ himself:
THE MINISTRY OF SOUND SERIES IS HERE I’ve been waiting from the moment I joined Peloton to bring this to you! Dance music is a massive part of so many people’s lives, including mine, so from house to techno, disco to jungle, it’s time to move to the dance music that fuelled generations of fun. This series which has been created in collaboration with the Ministry of Sound Label, will be kicking off Monday 24/8 – 2pm U.K / 9am ET, starting with a ’30min I Love Ibiza Ride’. This will be the ultimate collection of tracks that will take you on a sensory journey to the famous White Isle. Go count yourselves in and be prepared to party from dusk til dawn!
The second ride, “Club Anthems Ride”, was described as “the ultimate anthems, banger after banger ride, that will keep you partying long after you get off the bike.”
This series will compliment the existing Listening Party with Emma Lovewell, as well as the ongoing featured artist series.
