List of Peloton Roll Call Strength Classes by Week

Earlier this year, Peloton launched their new Roll Call strength classes. These were designed so that members could look forward to strength classes on a consistent schedule (7:30am ET on weekdays). In addition, they were created to take the guess work out of what classes to take. By taking the weekly roll call classes, you would get a full body strength routine.

The typical format is Monday will be full body, Tuesday glutes & legs, Wednesday is core, Thursday is upper body, and Friday will once again be full body. Roll Call classes only take place on weekdays.

If you own the Peloton Guide, each of the classes are optimized with the movement tracker feature. At the end of each week the 5 classes for the week will be placed into a mini-program or collection accessible only on the Peloton Guide so you can find them easily. However, non-Guide users don’t have an easy way to filter or find the classes.

To help, we’ve made a list of all the roll call classes, by the week they were created. We will update this list each week or two as new roll call strength classes are created.
