Former Peloton instructor Kristin McGee will release a new book later this year.
Titled Somatic Exercises For Dummies, the book is set to be released on May 6, 2025, and is already listed as the #1 New Release in the “Pilates” category on Amazon. You can find it on Amazon here (affiliate link).

Somatic Exercises For Dummies is available for pre-order now, with a full release slated for May 6, 2025. The book is published under the well-known For Dummies series, and will be available in paperback and digital formats for $24.99.
This will be Kristin’s second book. Her first book, Chair Yoga: Sit, Stretch, and Strengthen Your Way to a Happier, Healthier You, was released in 2017.
Kristin left Peloton last year, first announcing her departure on June 17 before teaching her last live class at the end of the month. During that time Peloton unveiled a “Greatest Hits” collection dedicated to some of Kristin’s best classes over the years. Kristin has also hinted that she would be open to returning to Peloton as a guest instructor in the future.
