Peloton has shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of March 3-9, 2025, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post.
First up, you can find new Dance Cardio classes on demand. These dropped on Monday, March 3 at 12 AM ET.

The new classes include:
- 10 min. Beginner Dance Cardio – Emma Lovewell – 3/3/25 @ 12 AM ET
- 10 min. Intermediate Dance Cardio – Jess King – 3/3/25 @ 12 AM ET
- 15 min. Intermediate 2010s Dance Cardio – Emma Lovewell – 3/3/25 @ 12 AM ET

Also this week, you can expect new 10 minute Post-Meal Walks to drop on demand. Peloton didn’t include the date, but past outdoor Post-Meal Walks have typically dropped at 12 AM ET on Fridays.

The newest Post-Meal Walks will be from Jon Hosking, Camila Ramón, Andy Speer, and Susie Chan.
There will be 5 new Benchmark Strength classes throughout this week. These will be taught by Rebecca Kennedy, Matty Maggiacomo, Jermaine Johnson, Robin Arzón, and Andy Speer. You can find these classes easily in Peloton’s Benchmark Strength class collection.

Peloton usually drops a new round of Benchmark Strength classes about once a quarter throughout the year. Benchmark Strength classes are body-area-focused and are intended to be repeated on a regular basis to watch your strength improve over time.
So far, Rebecca Kennedy’s 20 minute Full Body Strength Benchmark is available to take on demand, dated March 3 at 12 AM ET.

Robin will teach her 20 minute Upper Body Strength Benchmark live on Thursday, March 6 at 12:00 PM ET. The remaining classes will drop directly to the on-demand library.
Finally, close out this week with a new live Outdoor Run with Susie Chan on Sunday, March 9 at 10 AM ET (2 PM GMT). Her class will be a 30 minute 80s Run. This will add to Peloton’s growing live Outdoor class collection that first launched last Thanksgiving weekend.
