Peloton instructor Katie Wang is expanding her portfolio beyond the Row and has joined the strength team!
Katie & Peloton shared the news today, saying:
Katie is bringing all the good vibes and energy to her debut Strength class! Premiering live on Fri, Sept 20 at 9:30 AM ET | 2:30 PM BST 💅🏻

Katie will officially launch on the strength team on Friday, September 20th @ 9:30am ET. Katie Wang’s premiere Peloton strength class will be a 30 min full body strength class.
She will teach the full spectrum of strength: full body, upper body, lower body, and core. We anticipate pre-recorded classes will also drop straight to the on-demand library to coincide with Katie’s premiere class.
Katie has been teasing an announcement recently via her social media channels. Earlier this year, Katie announced a row bootcamp program with Adrian Williams. Many people had expected that announcement to be her strength debut – but those guesses were a few months early.
Numerous instructors have branched into new modalities after starting out in another. Most recently, Becs Gentry joined the rowing coaching team. Katie is the first row-only instructor (the others are Ash Pryor and Alex Karwoski) to branch into a different modality.
Katie first joined the Peloton instructor roster in September of 2022 in advance of the launch of the Peloton Row.
