This morning, Peloton has released their latest program, called “You Can Row Bootcamp”.
The program is led by Katie Wang and Adrian Williams, and also features supporting strength classes from Jess Sims, Callie Gullickson, and Rad Lopez (note that those 3 instructors are not teaching rowing / row bootcamp classes – just strength classes). Adrian & Katie are the only instructors teaching the rowing / row bootcamp classes in this program.
The program is 2 weeks long, and features 7 classes in week 1, and 8 classes in week 2, for a total of 15 classes in the program..
Note that there was initially a glitch in the first few hours the program was available, and Jess Sims’ strength class wasn’t showing up as part of the program. If you joined the program before this class was included, you might need to exit, and rejoin, to have the class with Jess Sims.

Here is the official description for “You Can Row Bootcamp” from Peloton: “Are you curious about Row Bootcamp, but not sure where to start? This is the program for you! Dedicate two weeks to building your endurance & strength to get ready for your first Row Bootcamp!”
Peloton’s “You Can Row Bootcamp” Program Badges on Peloton with Katie Wang & Adrian Williams
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 8 classes, Silver badge for completing 11 classes, Gold badge for completing 14 classes out of the total 15 classes.

How to join the Peloton You Can Row Bootcamp program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the You Can Row Bootcamp program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
