Peloton has officially expanded its retail presence in the United States through a new partnership with Johnson Fitness & Wellness, a major fitness equipment retailer with over 100 stores nationwide.
Starting October 2, 2025, customers can experience Peloton’s latest hardware lineup – the newly announced Cross Training Series – at Johnson Fitness & Wellness locations or shop online via their e-commerce site. The partnership currently covers the Cross Training Bike+, Tread, and Tread+. The basic Cross Training Bike, basic Tread, and Row+ are not included at this time.
Customers can demo the Peloton Cross Training Bike+, Cross Training Tread, and Cross Training Tread+ in Johnson Fitness & Wellness showrooms nationwide. Purchases can also be made in-store, though all equipment will still be delivered and assembled at home by Peloton’s third-party delivery partners.
The same products are available on the Johnson Fitness & Wellness website for those interested in purchasing online.

Note that Peloton hardware accessories – such as cycling shoes, mats, weights, etc. – will not be sold through Johnson Fitness & Wellness and must still be purchased directly from Peloton.
Regardless of whether equipment is purchased online or in-store, all Peloton products will be delivered directly to customers’ homes and assembled by Peloton’s delivery team. Johnson Fitness & Wellness will not provide self-assembly options.
Peloton’s standard 30-Day Home Trial applies for purchases made through Johnson Fitness & Wellness. Returns will be initiated through Peloton’s Support team, and refunds will then be processed by Johnson Fitness & Wellness.
Financing may be available through Johnson Fitness & Wellness’s partners, though note that terms may differ from Peloton’s own financing options.
With more than 100 Johnson Fitness & Wellness locations – in various parts of the United States but with a particularly heavy presence in Texas – Peloton products will now be accessible for more customers to test products out in-person. This comes as Peloton is continuing to scale back their own retail presence and focus on their microstore concepts.
This move makes Johnson Fitness & Wellness only the second third-party retail chain – after DICK’S Sporting Goods – where customers can demo and purchase Peloton products in- person, outside of Peloton’s own retail locations. Peloton also had a partnership with Costco last year, however, that was said to be a seasonal partnership only.
