Peloton has sent out their “January Workouts To Watch” email to members, and are teasing a number of new programs and class releases coming later in January 2025. as always, once these programs are released, you’ll be able to find full details and class lists for them on our programs page – along with all other Peloton programs.
First up is the first Split+ Hiking program. This will be one a week program taught by Rebecca Kennedy, and will be released on January 25th.

Peloton released their first Split+ programs in October, and this will be the first new one since then. The teaser for this program is that the “high-energy one-week program will help you build muscle and boost your aerobic capacity. Targeting specific muscle groups, each session finishes strong with an energizing cardio blast on the Tread.”
Rebeecca Kennedy is not the only instructor with a new Split strength program in January. Both Ben Alldis and Jess Sims have new traditional split strength programs being released as well. Both of these will also be released on January 25th. Jess previously teased she had a program coming out soon.

Peloton says these programs are “one-week strength-training routines target specific muscle groups each day, repeat them to build your strength and track your progress.” Ben Alldis’ new split strength program will be a 4 day program, while Jess Sims’ program will be a 3 day program.
In addition to Split+ and Split Strength programs, Peloton is releasing a brand new 4 week running training program (with 3 runs per week). It will be called the “Push Your Pace” program, and presumably be taught using pace targets. This program will be released on January 17th.

The goal for this program is to “Train for your fastest mile yet, and improve your pace with targeted speed workouts.” The instructors teaching this program are Adrian Williams, Camila Ramon, Kirsten Ferguson, Joslyn Thompson Rule, and Matt Wilpers.
Peloton is also promoting some meditation programs this month. Aditi Shah has a new “7 Days To Start Your Meditation Practice” program that was released at the beginning of the year.

There are also several new “7 Days to Better Sleep” programs being released today. There is one by Chelsea Jackson Roberts in English, one by Nico Sarani in German, and one by Mariana Fernandez in Spanish.
In addition to all of these programs, Peloton also has some new NYC Marathon-related scenic classes on the way as part of Peloton’s partnership with the NYC Marathon / New York Road Runners Program. Rather than the full marathon, these will be from the 5th Avenue Mile course. They say “we’re launching two new scenic running classes set on the iconic New Balance 5th Avenue Mile Course in New York City.”

These new scenic classes will be released on January 15th. As they are scenic classes, they will only be available on the Tread & Tread+ hardware.
