Peloton is starting off the New Year with a new meditation program. Aditi Shah is leading the one-week long program, called “Start Your Meditation Practice.” This is also called “7 Days To Start Your Meditation Practice” on Peloton as well.

This program is designed to help people get into a consistent routine of meditation. As a reminder, there is also a 3 Week “Intro to Meditation” program by Aditi Shah as well.

As with some other one week programs, you can either follow these classes in a traditional format, or, they individual classes have actually been added to the general on-demand library as well.

Here is the official description for “Start Your Meditation Practice” from Peloton: “Join Aditi for this week-long guided meditation program that focuses on building your routine meditation practice. All you need is 10 minutes per day to start your practice!”

Peloton’s “Start Your Meditation Practice” Program with Aditi Shah Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 6 classes, Silver badge for completing 7 classes, Gold badge for completing 8 classes out of the total 8 classes.

How to join the Peloton Start Your Meditation Practice with Aditi Shah program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Start Your Meditation Practice program, and join the program. You can join via the web here.

Note that as part of Peloton’s relaunch of programs, these classes are “locked” and only available as you progress through the program. Each 10 minute meditation incorporates different techniques to build a meditation foundation. You’ll focus on breath, the body, and loving kindness to start your practice.
