Instructor Ally Love recently provided more context behind Peloton’s global instructor summits in a class pre-show.
Peloton typically holds a global instructor summit each year. When they first started, they held them as a “Global” instructor summit – with all instructors from around the world flying in together. In more recent years, they have had them split between the PSNY teams and the PSL teams – with one in New York, and one in London. However, a handful of instructors do end up attending both.
These meetups are one of the only times each year that the majority of instructors have the opportunity to be together in-person.
In the pre-show of a recent Barre class, Ally provided some insight into the gatherings and the goals behind them. She described the summits as an “opportunity to reconnect” and “recommit to our craft, to ourselves, to each other, to the culture here at Peloton.”
Ally talked about the importance of finding joy and novelty when approaching each class, even for the instructors who have been with Peloton for years. Ally hopes that members notice a difference in how instructors show up following each global instructor summit. The goal is to reignite instructors’ passion and love for their jobs, which then ideally translates to the classes they teach and how they engage with members and the larger Peloton community.
Back in 2022 Ally was promoted to “Global Lead of Instructor Strategic Initiatives,” and Peloton’s global instructor summits fall under her purview. In her recent pre-show, she revealed that her title has since changed to Vice President of Instructor Strategy and Development.

Peloton Studios New York (PSNY) held their summit last month, and Peloton Studios London (PSL) held their summit the next week. These took place on days the studios is closed with on live classes. Numerous instructors shared content and behind-the-scenes peeks throughout the gatherings.
One of the keynote speakers at the PSNY summit was Sahil Bloom, a writer, content creator, and entrepreneur. Adrian Williams shared a group photo of the instructors with Sahil.
Both Robin Arzon & Ally Love attended the Peloton Studios London summit, where Fearne Cotton was the keynote speaker for that team.
