Peloton is launching HiLit+, a new program from Rebecca Kennedy and a follow-up to her popular HiLit plan, on July 6.
Peloton teased the launch via Instagram, writing:
“HiLit+ is coming July 6 ⚡️New format, same all-out energy.”
The teaser video shows Rebecca Kennedy standing beneath a “HiLit+” sign, which lights up when she snaps, before the date 07.06 appears on screen.
Beyond the name, date, and the promise of a “new format,” Peloton has not shared specifics.
The first HiLit program launched in January as Peloton’s first low-impact, cross-training plan. We covered the full High Intensity, Low Impact (HiLit) program at launch: a four-week plan running five days a week that mixed strength, walking, Pilates, and mobility classes built to deliver results “without the joint strain.”
Peloton also promoted the upcoming program in the HiLit team on the Peloton app, teasing “New Format, Same Energy, 7/6” and sharing a link to the Instagram announcement.

The original HiLit program has been very popular among Peloton members. In its most recent earnings report, Peloton singled out HiLit as a driver of its Pilates growth:
“Pilates workouts increased 48% year-over-year in Q3, in part driven by Rebecca Kennedy’s HiLit Training Plan. 400,000 Members engaged with this plan in Q3.”
That Pilates momentum has fed a broader push into the modality. Peloton recently acquired Skōp, the maker of a connected Pilates reformer, in an R&D-focused deal it framed as an investment in the “future of Pilates.”
With that kind of traction behind the first installment, a follow-up is not a surprise. We will share the full details of HiLit+ when it launches on July 6.
