Emma Lovewell recently revealed that she has a new Peloton program in the works.
Update – This program was revealed to be her Crush Your Core 3 (14 Day Streak) program, which was released in December.
Emma first dropped the hint in her monthly email newsletter that was distributed earlier this month. She stated:
It’s been three years since I filmed my last program at Peloton, and I’m excited to be filming something new in just a few weeks! Can you guess what it is?
Emma went on to explain that she is using this time to prepare for the project by being more intentional and focused about her training routine and nutritional intake. She explains:
Obviously, it’s not just a passion of mine to keep my body in shape; it’s my job. So I don’t take it for granted that I operate on a baseline of fitness. But even so, when I’m about to embark on a bigger project, I take things up a notch so my body (and my mind) are in the best position possible to do my job well and to perform at my best for my regular classes – and the extras I’ll be filming for this special program. (Not to mention to inspire you all to move your own bodies too).
As a follow-up to her newsletter, Emma also shared the news on social media in an Instagram Reel. She asked her followers who have taken her first two strength training programs to share what they would like to see from her third program. The caption read:
If you get my newsletter then you’ve already heard the news! I shared what my new workout plan looks like and how I’m preparing.
Comment below if you’ve taken CYC 1 and 2, I’d love to hear from you — what did you enjoy about those two programs ? And what kind of BTS content would you like to see? This is gonna be a funnnn one!
Emma also hints that she will be sharing more behind-the-scenes content while she works on this project.

Though it is not entirely clear what exactly this upcoming strength training program will be, Emma teaches both core strength and Pilates on the Peloton mat, so it is a safe bet to assume the program will fall in one of these areas.
Emma has two previous strength training programs available: Crush Your Core and Crush Your Core 2.
