Emma Lovewell has released some new prenatal classes for Peloton members. With that, there is also a brand new collection specifically available for Emma’s classes called “Cradle Your Core”.
These classes were all released on July 15th @ 10:00am and can be found directly in the on-demand library, or via the new “Cradle Your Core” collection. There are a variety of class lengths available – a single 5 minute class, two 10 minute classes, and 2 15 minute classes.

Emma first shared she was pregnant earlier this spring. She then went on to teased in April that she was recording some prenatal core classes. At that time, she was going through the recertification process for pre- and postnatal fitness. Emma’s first and only prenatal core class to date prior to Cradle Your Core was a 10 minute Mother’s Day Prenatal Core from May 11, 2024.
Although she is just now adding prenatal classes, Emma previously recorded some postnatal Peloton classes in 2022.
Emma shared more details in her Instagram post about Cradle Your Core, saying:
“You may have heard of Crush Your Core 💪🏽 … and now we have Cradle Your Core (!!) a collection of safe and effective prenatal workouts for expecting mamas. Every class starts with deep diagrammatic breathing and an emphasis on the mind and body connection. I offer modifications for many of the moves, and classes are safe for all trimesters as long as you are cleared to exercise by your doctor/birth team. Excited for you to try these classes!
As Emma Lovewell hinted in the post – the “Cradle Your Core” name is a play on her popular “Crush Your Core” strength series. Emma’s original Crush Your Core program is from 2019, and a second version was released in 2022.

This is not the only collection Peloton has for prenatal & postnatal content. There is also a “Strong as a Mother” class collection that features sections for prenatal strength, prenatal yoga, postnatal strength, and postnatal yoga classes. However, that collection does not include Emma’s new prenatal core classes that are in her Cradle Your Core collection, or her 2024 Mother’s Day Prenatal Core class (that can be found in the Mother’s Day class collection).
However, on our own site, we have a full list of Peloton prenatal classes and postnatal classes – which contain a full list to both types of these classes.
