Vibe & Flow: My Mixtape Yoga & Ride, Outdoor Run Club, Progressive Push Ride, and New Strength Benchmark Classes for This Week at Peloton (December 8 – December 14, 2025)

Peloton is back with a set of featured classes highlighted in “This Week at Peloton” for the week of December 8 through 14, 2025.

First, you can expect to see five new Benchmark Strength classes that will drop on demand throughout the week. These will be taught by Ben Alldis, Rebecca Kennedy, Matty Maggiacomo, Rad Lopez, and Katie Wang.

Typically, each new round of benchmark classes cover an upper body, lower body, full body, core, and a bodyweight strength class. You can find Peloton’s Benchmark Strength classes easily in their own class collection here.

Next, Matty Maggiacomo will teach a live 20 minute Outdoor Run Club on Saturday, December 13 at 10:30am ET. Note this is a 20 minute class. The majority of Outdoor Run Club classes have been 30 minutes in the past.

On Sunday, December 14, there will be a new episode in Chelsea Jackson Roberts’s Vibe & Flow yoga series, where she has a fellow instructor as a guest in class and plays their signature music. This class will be a 30 minute Vibe & Flow Yoga: My Mixtape edition with Jenn Sherman and will be available to take on demand at 12:00am ET. The previous classes in the series have featured Camila Ramon & Alex Toussaint with Chelsea.

Then, follow that with a live 45 minute My Mixtape Ride with Jenn Sherman at 10:00am ET.

You can also jump on the leaderboard Sunday at 2:30 PM ET for a live 30 minute Progressive Push Ride with Tunde Oyeneyin.

Peloton launched the Progressive Push cycling class type earlier this year.

Lastly, Peloton also has launched the first two-for-one classes featuring Australian guest instructor Tim Robards. So far, these classes include:

  • 30 min. Two For One Walk – Jon Hosking & Tim Robards – 12/7/25 @ 1:00 PM ET
  • 20 min. Two For One Full Body Strength – Joslyn Thompson Rule & Tim Robards – 12/7/25 @ 1:00 PM ET
  • 20 min. Two For One Ride – Ben Alldis & Tim Robards – 12/7/25 @ 1:00 PM ET

These classes are also in a new “Guest Instructor: Tim Robards” class collection.

There is also a brand new program from Emma Lovewell that was released over the weekend – Crush Your Core 3 – 14 Day Streak.
