Camila Ramon Unofficial Split strength program

Unofficial Split Strength Training Program with Camila Ramón (in Spanish) on Peloton

Camila Ramón has unveiled an unofficial split strength training program on Peloton. All of the classes are in Spanish.

In a post announcing the split, Camila shared that she recommended people follow the program for a minimum of 4 weeks, so you can track and see your progress over time.

Since this is an unofficial program – you will not find this listed in the “Programs” section of the Peloton app. However, these classes were clearly designed to be taken together, and Camila made sure to wear matching outfits for each class in the program.

Camila has programmed 6 days worth of work for this program, with one day of rest at the end. You can find the list of classes in Camila Ramon’s unofficial split strength program below.

Camila suggested doing some cardio on the core days. That means the overall structure of the program looks like the following:

  • Monday: 30 min Glutes & Legs
  • Tuesday: 10 min core + cardio
  • Wednesday: 30 min upper body
  • Thursday: 5 min core + cardio
  • Friday: 30 min glutes & legs
  • Saturday: 30 min full body
  • Sunday: Rest

Camila provided a modification for those who wanted a less advanced version of this program, saying:

This is an intermediate to advanced split but I was told around that they wanted a challenge. If it’s too much you can eliminate core days & a leg day (you can alternate one class with another leg a week) & do legs, train upper & full body Monday Wednesday & Friday.

Since this is an unofficial program, there are no badges available for completing the classes.

This is Camila’s second unofficial split strength program she has created – this summer she released a 3 day split strength unofficial program as well.

At time of publishing, Peloton has not created any official split strength programs for Camila. However, Camila has a “Dale Duro” program 4-week strength program that was released last year.

Other instructors have previously promoted unofficial split strength training programs as well, such as Rebecca Kennedy, as well as Katie Wang just last week.
