Camila Ramon is premiering as a Peloton strength instructor with her brand new 4-week strength program: Dale Duro.
Camila Ramon’s Dale Duro program is Spanish-language, although it does have English-language subtitles. The program has 3 classes each week: A glutes & legs lower body strength, and upper body strength, and a full body strength class. Each workout is 30 minutes long.
Camila shared that this will be a progressive program – with time under tension increasing each week, as well as the number of movements that are dynamic. However, she says she designed it so that even if you don’t have access to a variety of weights you can do the program anyway – she gives modifications and progressions. Camila advertises this as suitable for all levels – both for a beginner as well as those with heavy weights (which can be used if you want).
The format for the program is a circuit, with each day including an activation, two circuits, and then a burnout at the end.

Camila said that the tagline for this is “We get strong and have a good time” and encouraged people to join her in the program.
