Camila Ramon has created an unofficial 3-day split strength training program.
Like all split strength programs, this is designed to be repeated for a few weeks in a row, so that your progress & improvements can be tracked.
The program consists of three different 30 minute strength classes, with an additional 10 minute core strength class to be added as well.

All of the classes are taught in Spanish, and at this time, do not have English language subtitles.

- Day 5 – 30 min Upper Body Strength [Spanish] – Camila Ramon – 5/3/25 @ 12:00am ET
- Additional – 10 min Core Strength [Spanish] – Camila Ramon – 4/19/25 @ 12:00am ET
Since this is an unofficial program, there will not be a badge for it, and you will not find it in the programs area of the Peloton app.

There are no unofficial split strength programs from Camila Ramon so far – but there is a 4 week Dale Duro program.
