New German “Build Your Power Zones” Program (DE) on Peloton

Peloton is continuing to expand their German-language power zone offerings with a brand new “Build Your Power Zones” training program.

This is a 5-week program – consisting entirely of 45 min & 60 min rides – to help those members who are already familiar with power zones to increase their FTP.

This program is designed as the second program in the power zone progression series. The first program to take is the Discover Your Power Zones (DE) which was released earlier this year. There is not yet a German-language “Peak Your Power Zones” yet, though we would expect to see it released in the future.

For members who speak English – you can find English language versions of these same programs. You can find info about the English language “Build Your Power Zones” program here. We have details on those, and all other programs, on our page with lists & details about all Peloton programs.

The German-language “Build Your Power Zones” training program is led by Erik Jager & Charlotte Weidenbach.

Unlike some of the more recent one-week program, you will not find these classes in the on-demand library – they are locked behind the program, although you can use the direct links below to access them in whatever order you want.

Here is the official description for “Build Your Power Zones (DE)” from Peloton: “Welcome to Build Your Power Zones, a 5-week program designed to improve your FTP. Before starting, please retake the FTP test and ensure you know your zones and have the Power Bar on your touchscreen.”

Peloton’s “Build Your Power Zones (DE)” Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 10 classes, Silver badge for completing 12 classes, Gold badge for completing 14 classes out of the total 16 classes.

How to join the Peloton Build Your Power Zones (DE) program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Build Your Power Zones (DE) program, and join the program. You can find the program on the website here.

Note that as part of Peloton’s relaunch of programs, these classes are “locked” and only available as you progress through the program. However, you can go to any class name in the list below to find it, where you can then bookmark or add it to your stack and take it now if you want.
