New Peloton Program: Beginner Yoga with Nico Sarani (in German)

Peloton has a brand new German language Beginner Yoga program available today from Nico Sarani. Peloton describes the program as “New to yoga and don’t know where to start? Roll out your mat and join Nico for this one-week Beginner Yoga program and learn how to kickstart your practice.”

The new Beginner Yoga program for Peloton in German has a total of 8 classes and is one week long. As Peloton shared in their social media post, it is a way for those new to Yoga to give the practice a try, and learn “pose by pose” the fundamentals of Yoga.

The majority of the classes in the program do have English subtitles, for those who don’t speak German but would still like to taken the program. For those who would like a beginner yoga program in English, you can find details on the 3-week Beginner Yoga program in English here. It has 22 classes from Anna Greenberg, Aditi Shah, and Kristin McGee.

Nico announced the program on Instagram, where she said (translated):

Just in time for the new year, we offer you a yoga program for beginners (in German) – perfect for yoga beginners🤩


Within a week you will easily learn the basics and backgrounds of yoga practice 🙏🏻. The courses are workshop-wise built and easy-to-follow – great for beginners or those who want to practice the basics again in detail 💜

Peloton’s “Beginner Yoga with Nico” Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 4 classes, Silver badge for completing 6 classes, Gold badge for completing 7 classes out of the total 8 classes.

How to join the Peloton Beginner Yoga with Nico program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Beginner Yoga with Nico program, and join the program. You can find the program on the Peloton website here.
