Peloton's "Beginner Yoga" Program Badges
It wouldn't be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 11 classes, Silver badge for completing 15 classes, Gold badge for completing 19 classes out of the total 22 classes.

How to join the Peloton Beginner Yoga program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, or Peloton Digital app. They are not available through Peloton's website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Beginner Yoga program, and join the program.

In Week 3, we’ll touch upon the foundational philosophy of yoga, the importance of breathing and breathwork and the subtler aspects of how practice relates to life.
