Peloton shared its featured classes for the week of July 13 through July 19, 2026.
First up, make sure your FTP Test is up to date in time for Jess King’s Power Zone debut on Thursday, July 16! Jess will be teaching a live 45 minute Power Zone Endurance Ride at 5:30 PM ET (7:30 AM AEST + 1).

We first spotted Jess King’s Power Zone ride on the live schedule earlier this month. The last time new Power Zone instructors were introduced was in November 2023, with Hannah Frankson, Tunde Oyeneyin, and Charlotte Weidenbach announced.
Jess has taught Sweat Steady classes for a number of years, which followed a structured plan, much like power zone.
Also this week, new Extra Steps classes will drop on demand on Wednesday, July 15 at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST). There will be two new classes, a 10 minute ~1500 Steps Walk with Jon Hosking and a 15 minute ~2000 Steps Outdoor Walk with Kirsten Ferguson.

You can find all of Peloton’s Extra Steps classes in the Extra Steps collection which includes both Tread classes and outdoor/audio classes.
A 30 minute Intermediate Focus Flow on Headstands with Aditi Shah will drop on demand on Wednesday, July 15 at 10 AM ET (3 PM BST).

Lastly, Andy Speer has a live 20 minute Metal Arms & Shoulders strength class on Thursday, July 16 at 11:30 AM ET (4:30 PM BST).

This is also the second week of Rebecca’s HiLit+ training plan. Each new day’s classes drop on demand in the HiLit+ collection.
