Peloton instructors Johanna Ricouz and Greta Dopp are expanding their coaching to Pilates.
Peloton shared the news via Instagram, writing:
From yoga to pilates 👀🔥
Greta & Johanna are stepping onto the mat with brand-new pilates classes designed to build strength, flexibility, and control one breath at a time.
Classes start January 23 or catch them on demand.

Johanna and Greta’s first Pilates classes on the Peloton platform will take place live this week, with classes listed below:
- 30 min. Premiere Pilates – Johanna Ricouz – 1/23/26 @ 9:30am ET
- 30 min. Premiere Pilates – Greta Dopp – 1/24/26 @ 9:30am ET
In addition, Peloton has already shared a number of upcoming classes that members can anticipate throughout the rest of the month:
- 15 min. Pilates: Express – Johanna Ricouz – 1/23/26 @ 11:00am ET [On Demand]

Some of these classes will have members in the studio for them, and the spots for in-person booking opened with less than an hour notice at 12:00pm ET on Tuesday, June 20th.

Johanna and Greta eventually teaching Pilates was teased during their initial launch on the platform last year. They were introduced as new yoga instructors alongside Zacharias Niedzwiecki, who is also expected to expand to kettlebell strength training.
Johanna and Greta also teach Sculpt Flow Yoga classes, and Peloton has previously hinted at a heavier focus on Pilates in the future. With two new instructors teaching the modality, members can definitely expect more Pilates content to choose from moving forward.
Johanna and Greta will now serve in Peloton’s Pilates roster alongside existing coaches Emma Lovewell, Aditi Shah, Rebecca Kennedy, Anna Greenberg, and Mila Lazar.
