Peloton has added a new flash challenge for the 2026 Peloton Tri, with members needing to three triathlon classes between Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20.
Peloton describes the challenge as:
“Conquer the Peloton Triathlon! To earn a badge to be proud of, join triple-threat instructor Matt Wilpers in completing 3 Peloton Tri classes—row, ride, and run—by September 20.”
There is one tier for the challenge. Completing all three classes during the two-day window earns a gold Peloton Tri badge.
Members can opt in through the Peloton Tri challenge page or through Peloton’s apps and hardware.
The three classes will take place live and back-to-back with Matt Wilpers on Saturday:
- 30 min Peloton Tri: Row – Matt Wilpers – 9/19/26 @ 9:00am ET
- 30 min Peloton Tri: Bike – Matt Wilpers – 9/19/26 @ 9:35am ET
- 30 min Peloton Tri: Run – Matt Wilpers – 9/19/26 @ 10:10am ET

Peloton also highlighted the return of the event on social media, writing:
“The Peloton Tri is back 👀 Ready to row, ride, and run? @mattwilpers is taking you through three 30-minute classes LIVE and back-to-back on Saturday, September 19. Three workouts, 90 minutes, one big challenge; see you there. 👀”
The order has changed from last year. The first Peloton Tri in 2025 went Row, Run, and then Ride, while this year’s event goes Row, Bike, and Run.
Members do not have to complete all three workouts live on Saturday to earn the challenge badge. The challenge remains open through Sunday, September 20, giving members another day to complete any of the three classes.
The inaugural Peloton Tri challenge ran for three days from September 13-15, 2025, with members earning the gold badge by completing all three workouts either live or on demand. This year’s challenge is limited to September 19-20.
This is the second year for the Peloton Tri. Peloton announced its return last month alongside a new Peloton Triathlon Team.
