Peloton has released a new batch of Fit Family classes, with four new classes dropping last week for the Summer season. There are classes in both English and German.
Peloton teased the new classes by saying “Dive into Summer Fun.”
Here are the new Peloton Fit Family classes that were released:
- 5 min Fit Family Brain Break – Jess Sims – 7/22/26 @ 12:00am ET
- 20 min Family Sleep Meditation – Chelsea Jackson Roberts – 7/22/26 @ 12:00am ET
- 15 min Fit Family [German] – Cliff Dwenger – 7/22/26 @ 12:00am ET
- 10 min Family Meditation [German] – Mayla Wedekind – 7/22/26 @ 12:00am ET
Fit Family classes are designed for parents and kids to do together, featuring movements and themes that keep younger family members engaged. The classes span multiple formats, including movement-based “Fit Family Fun” classes, yoga-style “Fit Family Flow” classes, short meditations, and quick “Brain Break” sessions.
This is a smaller batch than the last one. Peloton released seven spring-themed Fit Family classes in April, which followed another set in February. Peloton has settled into a routine of releasing these seasonally.
With both of those previous batches, Peloton also released a few of the classes for free on YouTube, making them available to anyone without a Peloton subscription. At this point, none of this set have been added to YouTube.
Peloton first introduced Fit Family classes in 2020.
