Beginner Pilates, Low Impact & Arms Ride, Elevate Your Yoga Practice, and Just Tabata for This Week at Peloton (July 6-July 12, 2026)

Peloton shared the featured classes for the week of July 6 through July 12, 2026.

First, there is a new 20 minute Beginner Pilates with Johanna Ricouz. This class dropped on demand on Monday, July 6 at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST).

You can find this class here. You don’t need any equipment for this beginner level class.

On Tuesday, July 7, Bradley Rose has a live 30 minute Low Impact & Arms Ride at 6 AM ET (11 AM BST). This class type launched earlier this year to incorporate arms sections within a low impact ride (staying exclusively in the saddle) rather than the typical high impact intervals classes where you come out of the saddle.

Also, don’t forget Rebecca Kennedy’s HiLit+ (high intensity, low impact) training plan launched on Monday, July 6 and will run for seven weeks. The first classes have been released and can be found in the HiLit+ class collection as well as in the broader on demand class library.

Peloton shared the full schedule of this first week’s HiLit+ classes, and you can see the full 7 week overview of the HiLit+ program here.
