Peloton has launched a new 8-week long “You Can Run: 5K” training program today.
This new program is designed to help beginners work their way up to a 5K with 3 classes per week.
This is the third 5K related program Peloton has. There is the Road To Your 5K program – designed more for beginners, then the Go The Distance: 5K program, which is designed to help people improve their 5K time.

The newest You Can Run: 5K program is taught by a variety of Peloton instructors, however, the overall structure & design of the program was created by Becs Gentry.
For the German community, there is also the “You Can Run: 5K in German” (Du kannst: 5km laufen) program, which was also released today.
For those who will be taking the program when it is first released, Peloton is suggesting starting it the week of April 7th, so that you can be wrapping up the program for Global Running Day, which is on June 4, 2025.
Below, you can find the full details, class list, and information about Peloton’s You Can Run: 5K program today.

1. I was happy to find that the first class in the program used pace targets and hope they all do.
2. I often see references to a Road to Your 5K Program, but I’ve never had it as on option on my Tread.
Thank you for this!! I am taking as many of these classes outdoors as possible and there is no way to download ahead of time via the program. Your links are perfect for that!
