Vibe & Flow: Thunder, Bike Bootcamp 50/50, Live 2000s Pilates, and Live Pop Punk Run for This Week at Peloton (March 2-8, 2026)

Peloton shared its featured classes for the week of March 2 through March 8, 2026, as well as classes for Week 1 of Women’s History Month.

On Thursday, March 5, a new 30 minute Bike Bootcamp: 50/50 with Cody Rigsby will be available on demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM GMT).

If you aren’t familiar with the 50/50 Bootcamp class format, the first half of class is cardio (Bike, Tread, or Row). The second half of class is the strength portion. This removes the extra transitions out of the class.

Also on Thursday, join Aditi Shah on the leaderboard for a live 20 minute 2000s Pilates class at 9 AM ET (2 PM GMT).

Take this class to count towards the new monthly Pilates Challenge.

On Friday, March 6, a new installment of Chelsea Jackson Roberts’s two-for-one Vibe & Flow yoga series drops on demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM GMT). The Vibe & Flow series focuses on music and movement and features a guest instructor alongside Chelsea.

This class will be a 30 minute Vibe & Flow: Thunder with Adrian Williams – whose signature series is “Thunder 45”.

New installments of this series drop once a quarter. You can find all past Vibe & Flow classes in the designated class collection.

Later this week, Olivia Amato has a live 30 minute Pop Punk Run on Saturday, March 7 at 7:30 AM ET (12:30 PM GMT).
