Alongside the new Jump Training, Weighted Vest, and Menopause classes that launched this week, Peloton has also revamped the Menopause Health Collection.
Now, when viewing the collection, members will find it structured it like a one week program, with a choose your own adventure format.
The collection now contains 56 classes organized into a day-by-day framework. Each day has a specific training focus and a curated set of classes to choose from. The idea is that you pick one class per day to match that day’s goal, then repeat the cycle the following week – choosing different classes each time or sticking with the ones you enjoyed. It’s essentially a repeatable weekly training plan built right into the collection.
The collection description reads:
This collection was created with Respin Health, the premier platform for holistic menopause care. Each class is based on Respin’s evidence-based protocols (drawing on 100+ studies) shown to improve symptoms from perimenopause through postmenopause.

Here’s how the week is laid out:
Day 1: Moderate Intensity Cardio – “Select one of these Low Impact or Endurance classes to start your week strong.” Options include classes like a 30 min Low Impact Ride: Menopause with Charlotte Weidenbach, a 20 min Weighted Vest Hike with Kirsten Ferguson, and a 30 min Endurance Row with Alex Karwoski.
Day 2: Strength – “Improve bone health and get stronger with heavier weights.” This day features classes like the new 15 min Jump Training: Menopause with Joslyn Thompson Rule, a 10 min Weighted Vest Standing Core with Rebecca Kennedy, and a 30 min Kettlebell Strength with Katie Wang.
Day 3: High Intensity Cardio – “Boost your energy midweek with a class that enhances metabolic endurance.” Choices include a 45 min Sprint Interval: Menopause Ride with Christine D’Ercole, a 20 min HIIT Run: Menopause with Susie Chan, and a 15 min HIIT Row with Adrian Williams.
Day 4: Strength – A second strength day for the week, featuring classes like the new 20 min Weighted Vest Bodyweight Strength with Rebecca Kennedy, a 10 min Core Strength: Menopause with Joslyn & Susie, and a 20 min Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning with Joslyn Thompson Rule.
Day 5: Moderate Intensity Cardio – “Improve cardiovascular health with a steady intensity.” Options include the new 20 min Power Walk: Menopause with Susie Chan, a 30 min Walk + Run: Menopause with Susie Chan, and a 10 min 8% Hike with Jon Hosking.
Day 6: High Intensity or Strength – “All movement is beneficial – select one of these classes to end your week strong.” This flexible day lets you choose between options like a 20 min Sprint Interval Ride: Menopause with Christine D’Ercole or a 20 min Full Body Strength: Menopause with Joslyn Thompson Rule.
Day 7: Recovery – “Manage ongoing symptoms with any of these classes designed to make you feel better.” Recovery day options include the new 10 min Meditation: Menopause with Chelsea Jackson Roberts, a 10 min Focus Flow: Quads yoga class with Chelsea Jackson Roberts, a 15 min Sleep Meditation with Denis Morton, and a 10 min Full Body Stretch with Andy Speer.
The weekly pattern alternates between moderate cardio, strength, and high intensity days, with two dedicated strength sessions and a recovery day to close out the week. Several of the newly released classes, including the Jump Training, Weighted Vest, and Menopause-tagged classes, are already added into the collection. More classes will likely be added in the future as well.
The collection and several of the classes were created in partnership Respin Health, as part of the ongoing Peloton x Respin Health partnership that launched in October 2025.
