Peloton has a new lineup of featured classes for the week of June 16 through June 22, 2025.
On Tuesday, June 17 at 6 PM ET, Katie Wang has a 30 minute live Row Bootcamp: 50/50.

If you are unfamiliar, the 50/50 Bootcamp format first launched with Bike Bootcamps in September of last year. Rather than transitioning multiple times between the Bike (or Tread or Row) and doing strength on the mat, the first half of a 50/50 Bootcamp class is cardio followed by the second half of class with strength.
50/50 Bootcamps have since expanded to the Tread (Runs, Hikes, and Walks) and the Row. Traditional Bootcamp class formats are also still produced.
Then, Peloton will be celebrating Juneteenth with some special classes on June 19th. This includes a new 30 minute Juneteenth “The Cookout” Two for One Ride with Alex Toussaint and Tunde Oyeneyin. The ride will drop on demand Thursday at 12 AM ET.

This ride was pre-recorded with members in the studio.
While there will not be any live classes from Peloton Studios on Thursday, there will be additional Juneteenth classes that drop on demand, including a 30 minute Walk with Marcel Dinkins, a 30 minute Row with Ash Pryor, and a 10 minute Meditation with Chelsea Jackson Roberts.
Also this week, a new 10 minute Sleep Meditation from Denis Morton will premiere on Sunday, June 22 at 10 PM ET. Denis was recently made an official meditation instructor, meaning he will have regular meditation classes.

Lastly, close out your week strong with Rebecca Kennedy on Sunday, June 22 when she teaches a live 60 minute Full Body Strength class at 2:30 PM ET.
