Peloton has another busy lineup of featured classes for the week of August 11 through 17, 2025. The company highlighted several in their regular “This Week at Peloton” post.
This week kicked off with a new 20 minute beginner Focus Flow Yoga class focusing on the hips that dropped on demand Monday, August 11 at 12 AM ET. This class was taught by Chelsea Jackson Roberts.

The class description is: “This yoga class focuses on poses that help engage, strengthen and open up your hips. A perfect complement to all your hard work on the Bike or Tread!” You can find this class now in the on-demand library.
On Wednesday, August 13, get ready for a 30 minute Barre: Sculpt class with Leanne Hainsby-Alldis that will drop on demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST).

With the recent Barre (and Pilates) refresh, the specific Sculpt type of Barre classes are a low-impact, high-energy class that features signature Barre moves with added equipment. These classes are designed to test your strength as well as your cardiovascular endurance.
Then on Saturday, August 16, join Selena Samuela live on the leaderboard for this week’s 30 minute Outdoor Run Club at 10:30 AM (3:30 PM BST).

Later on Saturday, hop on the Bike for a live 30 minute Sample That Ride with Denis Morton at 12 PM ET (5 PM BST).

You may remember that “Sample That” replaced Denis’s previous “Fresh Friday” cycling classes. The general class description is: “Dive deeper into the music you love with Denis. Pairing one classic hit and the track that sampled it from a roster of your favorite artists, Sample That brings the party.”
Denis has four “Sample That” rides in the on-demand library, with the most recent taking place almost exactly one year ago:
- 30 min. Sample That Ride – Denis Morton – 8/20/24 @ 5:30 PM ET
- 30 min. Sample That Ride – Denis Morton – 8/5/23 @ 10 AM ET
- 30 min. Sample That Ride: James Brown – Denis Morton – 6/24/23 @ 3:30 PM ET
- 30 min. Sample That Ride: Pharrell – Denis Morton – 4/15/23 @ 3:30 PM ET
In two instances, Denis’s “Sample That” Rides featured music by, music that sampled from, or music inspired by one particular artist.
