Peloton “Refreshing” Barre & Pilates Classes With New Class Names & Formats

Peloton shared this week that its Barre and Pilates classes will be getting “refreshed” with brand new class formats.

Peloton teased this update as:

Our anytime, anywhere library of Barre and Pilates classes is getting a head-to-toe refresh! Discover new class formats that make it easier than ever to pick your path and make real progress. Improved strength, flexibility, and balance await.

The new class types will have different goals – so you can pick based on what you want to get out of your workout.

Peloton shared which Barre and Pilates classes you can expect to see during the first week of the class revamp taking place this week. The first few classes are now available to take on demand.

All the classes below will be available on demand at midnight of the listed date unless otherwise specified.

  • 15 min. Barre: Express with Hannah Corbin – 4/2/25
  • 30 min. Pilates: Power with Anna Greenberg – 4/2/25
  • 15 min. Pilates: Express with Anna Greenberg – 4/3/25
  • 30 min. Barre: Sculpt with Ally Love – 4/3/25
  • 10 min. Pilates: Upper Body with Aditi Shah – 4/4/25
  • 30 min. Pilates: Power with Mila Lazar [German] – LIVE on 4/8/25 @ 11 AM ET (4 PM BST)

For more insight into some of these new class types, here are the class details for Hannah’s newest 15 minute Barre: Express.

“Fifteen minutes is all you need for this dynamic full-body barre workout! This low-impact, high-energy class combines lifting and lowering, pulsing and isometric holds that will be sure to leave you feeling strengthened, energized and balanced.”

As for Anna’s new Pilates: Power class,

“This 30-minute class delivers a dynamic full body Pilates flow that incorporates equipment in its progressions and more challenging choreography. This class will test and build your strength, flexibility and stamina. See you on the mat!”

Anna Greenberg shared a little more about the new Pilates class types on her personal Instagram. The caption mentions the new Pilates will generally be 30 minute Pilates: Power, 15 minute Pilates: Express, and 10 minute Pilates Upper Body or Lower Body. Anna also showed some example Pilates moves in her video that would be included in a Pilates: Power class.

Ally Love also provided more details on the new class types during the preshow (as shared by LoveSquadPeloton) of her 20 minute Dance Music Barre class on April 1.

“We have Barre: Sculpt coming, so you’ll see a lot more accessories. Barre: Sculpt it will only be 30 minutes, it will be a pretty advanced class, pretty high intensity, quick pace, quick transitions, all the things you’ve asked for. Pilates will have Pilates: Power. Same kind of deal but specific to Pilates moves. We’re also introducing 15 minute Express classes in Barre and Pilates. Maybe you only have 15 minutes but you want a hell of a workout. We got you.”
