Peloton is sharing a selection of featured classes for the week of August 4 through 10, 2025.
First up this week, Anna Greenberg has a new 10 minute Daily Meditation that dropped on demand on Monday, August 4 at 12 AM ET.
The class description for this class is:
“Dive into this 10 min Daily Meditation with Anna that uses a breathing technique to center and ground you. This class is designed to be repeated. Build a daily meditation practice and check back each week for a new release.”

Peloton launched Daily Meditations at the end of last year. A new Daily Meditation class is released every Monday with the intent of members repeating a given class each day to increase mindfulness. You can use this class to hit your goals in this month’s Meditation Challenge.
On Tuesday, August 5, join the leaderboard for a 30 minute Pilates: Power strength class with Emma Lovewell live from Peloton Studios London. This class will be at 9:30 AM ET (2:30 PM BST).

Peloton recently did an overhaul on its Pilates and Barre class content. With the content refresh came new class types based on the class duration.
Also on Tuesday, jump on the Bike for a live 30 minute Disney 2000s Ride with Camila Ramón at 12 PM ET.

Peloton just created a Disney+ Throwback class collection where you can find a selection of some of Peloton’s “Disney 2000s” classes that feature music from iconic Disney TV shows and movies of the ‘00s.
Finally, close out this week with Peloton on Sunday, August 10 with a live 60 minute Walk + Run with Kirsten Ferguson at 7:30 AM ET.
