Reggaetón Ride with Camila, Power Flow Yoga Classes, Bench Strength Class & More for This Week at Peloton (April 6-April 12, 2026)

Peloton has shared some featured classes for the week of April 6 through 12, 2026.

As a reminder, Peloton Studios New York (PSNY) is closed the week of April 6, so this week’s featured classes from PSNY will be pre-recorded, on-demand drops.

On Monday, April 6 at 12 AM ET, a 30 minute Reggaetón Ride in Spanish from Camila Ramón dropped on demand. This class is celebrates Puerto Rico in honor of Peloton’s partnership with the Me, Myself, & I Festival on April 11 where Camila and Robin Arzón will be featured.

On Wednesday, April 8 at 12:00am ET, a 20 minute Chest & Back Strength with Tunde Oyeneyin featuring a bench will be available on demand. This will also be available in Peloton’s new “Bench Strength” class collection.

Peloton created the Bench Strength collection earlier this year.

Also this week, there will be several new Power Yoga class drops. See the full class details below.

  • 20 min. Elevate Your Practice – Kirra Michel – 4/7/26 On Demand @ 12 AM ET (BST)
  • 20 min. Power Flow – Chelsea Jackson Roberts – 4/9/26 On Demand @ 12 AM ET (BST)
  • 30 min. Power Flow – Zacharias Niedzwiecki – 4/10/26 On Demand @ 12 AM ET (BST)

If you aren’t familiar, Kirra’s “Elevate Your Practice” signature series featured yoga classes designed to build members’ strength and confidence in their practice. A new class is released each month and can be found in its own class collection, along with several Yoga Drills classes from Kirra where she focuses on specific yoga poses.

Finally, Peloton is promoting a class from last week as part of this week’s post.
