New Christian Vande Velde class, Summer Celebrations, New Wave Yoga, Pilates with Equipment & more for This Week at Peloton for July 15 – 21

Peloton shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of July 15-21, 2024, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post.

First up, guest Peloton instructor and pro cyclist Christian Vande Velde has a new ride available on demand on Monday, July 15. Get race ready with Christian in a new 45-minute Pro Cyclist: Race Simulation ride with Christian Vande Velde, on demand July 15 at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST).

Christian returned to teaching at Peloton in April 2024. Historically, Christian taught Peloton classes every 2-3 months or so. When his return to teaching was announced during a Matt Wilpers cycling class, it was unknown how often Christian would teach classes. Still, Christian and Matt mentioned they were looking forward to Christian’s classes being more consistent. So far this year he taught one live class in April, three live classes during June 1-3, and now this class being released on demand in July.

Lastly, this week you can join Aditi Shah and Anna Greenberg for new Pilates classes with equipment! New classes and a new collection will launch on Wednesday, July 17 at 10 AM ET (3 PM BST). As a reminder, you can also find Pilates classes by looking under Strength and filtering on Class Type. When the collection is available, you can find it in the on demand library by going to Workouts and Collections.

Pilates classes with equipment usually feature sliders, resistance bands, a Pilates ball, or a Pilates ring. Prior to her departure, Kristin McGee was incorporating more equipment into her Pilates classes. It will be exciting to see what the new Equipment Pilates classes entail!
