This week, Peloton has launched two brand new “Strength For Soccer” programs.
Erik Jager is leading the “Strength for Soccer” strength training program in English – which is a one week long program. There is also a similar program in German taught by Marcel Maurer.
These programs are designed to help you improve your strength (both on and off the pitch), with some strength training designed around those who are aiming to improve in soccer.

Erik Jager leads this English version of the program, which has 7 classes over the one week. While normally classes in programs are locked down – all of these programs appear to be available in the on-demand library as well for people to take without even knowing the program exists.
Erik shared that that his goal is to “Let’s start to get better on & off the pitch together!!! ⚽️”

Peloton’s “Strength for Soccer” with Erik Jager (in English) Program Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 5 classes, Silver badge for completing 6 classes, Gold badge for completing 7 classes out of the total 7 classes.
How to join the Peloton Strength for Soccer program with Erik Jager (in English)
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Strength for Soccer program, and join the program. You can join via the web here.
