Peloton has launched a brand new “Strength for Skiers” program, led by Matt Wilpers & Andy Speer.
This program is taught in English – but there is also a German language program with Irene Kaymer as well.
The 1-week Strength for Skiers program promises to “combine strength and mobility so you can safely & successfully tackle the slopes with confidence.”

Below, you will find full details and class lists about the program. However, many of these same classes were released at the same time to the on-demand library – and can be found in the strength and stretching sections.
The majority of the classes are two-for-one style classes – taught by both Andy & Matt. Note that the 10 minute warm-up class and the 15 minute stretch are the same class repeated on multiple days.
Last year, Matt and Andy shared some exercises for skiers via their social media platform, but this brings an entire one week official program to Peloton’s class library.

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 9 classes, Silver badge for completing 10 classes, Gold badge for completing 11 classes out of the total 11 classes.

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Strength for Skiers program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
