Peloton has released two brand new “Strength for Skiers” program. Irene Kaymer is teaching the Strength for Skiers program in German.
In addition, there is a new English language Strength For Skiers program, taught by Matt Wilpers & Andy Speer.
Irene’s program is teased as a “blend of physical training and mental preparation to help you start the ski season at your best.”

As always, you can find a full list of classes in the program below. However, these programs have actually been available through the general on-demand library as well, so can be found by browsing and search for them there. There are 5 brand new classes in this program (the same 10 minute full body stretch is repeated).

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 4 classes, Silver badge for completing 5 classes, Gold badge for completing 6 classes out of the total 6 classes.
How to join the Peloton Strength for Skiers (DE) by Irene Kaymer in German program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Strength for Skiers (DE) program, and join the program. You can join the program on the web here.
