Peloton is brining their “Start Your Meditation Practice” program to their German community.
Nico Sarani teaches the new “Start a Meditation Practice (DE)” program, which is in German.
This program was first launched in English with Aditi Shah earlier this year. There is now this German language program, as well as a Spanish version with Mariana Fernandez.

Here is the official description for “Start a Meditation Practice (DE)” from Peloton: “Join Nico for this week-long guided meditation program that focuses on building your routine meditation practice. All you need is 10 minutes per day to start your practice!”
Peloton’s German “Start a Meditation Practice (DE)” Program Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 5 classes, Silver badge for completing 6 classes, Gold badge for completing 7 classes out of the total 7 classes.
How to join the Peloton’s German Start a Meditation Practice (DE) program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Start a Meditation Practice (DE) program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
