Peloton instructor Becs Gentry has a new title to add to her resume: host of Nike’s new video interview series, “Comfort Zones.”
The first two episodes of the series have been released on Nike Running’s YouTube channel, marking another collaboration for Becs, who is also the co-host of the New York Road Runners’ “Set the Pace” podcast.
In “Comfort Zones,” Becs runs with guests while asking questions – many of which are designed to take the interviewee outside of their comfort zone, all while running in different exertion zones. As Becs describes it, “the shoes are comfortable, but the questions are not.”
The premiere episode features a conversation with Youtuber and podcaster Enya Umanzor. Becs asks questions about Enya’s online behavior, podcast co-host, impulse purchases, and much more. You can watch the full episode via YouTube.
The second episode features an interview with Olympian gymnast Jordan Chiles.

Becs recently talked about the show in a recent interview, saying:
It’s what Gentry appreciates the most about Comfort Zones — she gets to experience running through the eyes of beginners who dabble in the sport; she gets to experience that particular level of discomfort all over again.
You can watch the episodes of “Comfort Zones” on Nike Running’s YouTube channel, and you can also check Becs’ Instagram account for updates on upcoming episodes.
