Robin Arzón has shared an unofficial full-body split strength program for members looking for a new strength routine to follow.
The split is built around using two different full body strength classes, followed by a 30 minute glutes & legs strength class (which uses a bench). Robin’s recommendation is to hit all three classes once a week for 4–6 weeks, tracking progress and adding a little weight each week.
Robin provides two options for the 30 minute glutes & legs strength class as well.
List of classes in Robin Arzon’s 3 Day Split Strength Program (Unofficial)
- Class 1 – Push, Squat, Core: 20 min Full Body Strength with Robin Arzón (3/20)
- Class 2 – Pull, Hinge, Core: 20 min Full Body Strength with Robin Arzón (4/7)
- Class 3 – Glutes & Legs with Bench: 30 min Glutes & Legs Strength with Robin Arzón (3/6) or (2/18)
In her post, Robin writes: “Commit to the process. Track your progress. Add a little weight and a little confidence—every single week.”

Note that this is an unofficial program. This means the classes are available in the general on-demand library and will not be found under the Programs tab in the Peloton app. Members will need to locate and bookmark each class individually, and there are no badges available for completing the split since it isn’t a formal program.
Robin isn’t the first instructor to put together an unofficial split like this on their own. Katie Wang previously shared a 3-day unofficial split, Rebecca Kennedy shared a 4-day unofficial split, and Camila Ramón shared a 6-day unofficial split (in Spanish), among a few other unofficial splits.
When Rebecca announced her unofficial split, she noted that releasing it this way allowed her to make the program available to members more quickly than going through the formal program production process. It also gives members more flexibility, since they can take the classes at their own pace without being locked into a designated time frame.
Robin Arzon does already have two official 3-day split programs available on Peloton: her 3-Day Split + Ride program, which combines strength work with a cardio finisher on the bike using 45-minute Bike Bootcamp classes, and her Advanced 3 Day Split Strength program, which uses three 30-minute strength-only classes.
Both are listed under the Programs tab and include completion badges. This new unofficial split gives members a third option from Robin.
