Two Peloton instructors have recently hinted that they have new programs on the way in January of 2026.
Update – Rebecca Kennedy’s “HiLit” (High Intensity, Low Impact) program is now available, as well as Kirsten Ferguson’s “Call Yourself A Runner” program.
First, Rebecca Kennedy posted a teaser video to Instagram last week, with the caption:
Coming January 2026!
Guess what it is… @rksolid_crew
The post included a video of Rebecca sitting in a chair next to a Christmas tree with the audio of Paris Hilton saying “All I want for Christmas is…a pink Bentley” – except the text on screen read “A new program from RK.”
In addition, Rebecca also teased new content when getting ready to teach one of her last live class of 2025. In a video posted to her Instagram Stories she stated, “I do have something soon that I’m going to announce that’s coming up in the new year!”
During that class, she provided even more details, explaining:
“I’ve got something very special coming up in the near year.
It’s cooking, it’s brewing, and it’s just about ready to come out of the oven.
I know you’re going to love it. If you love my 5 day split, 4 day split + hike, my 3/4/5 day express – oh baby you’re going to eat this up. Get a bigger spoon.”
Though no official details have yet been shared, Rebecca’s statements suggest that this will be a strength-focused program. Rebecca has a number of official and unofficial Peloton programs already available on the platform; the most recent of which is her 5 Day Express Strength Program that was released this past August.
In addition, Kirsten Ferguson has also recently teased that she has a new program on the way.

In response to a question she received via Instagram that asked about tips to start running, Kirsten responded:
“I’m actually so happy you asked this. I have a program coming out in January that is for you. My friends that want to dip their toe into running, it is the most beginner program Peloton has ever done. It is a walk-to-run program getting you to run in total for 20 minutes, but it is basically a walk plus run program. I’m really excited about it. It’s launching in January so keep an eye out!”
This indicates that Peloton will release a training program that can be taken on the Tread or via the digital app on a non-Peloton treadmill, designed to support the most beginner-level runners. Though not confirmed, this could be the same program that Jess Sims had previously teased as well.
We will share the full details regarding new programs from Rebecca and Kirsten as soon as more information becomes available. In the meantime, check out our programs page for an overview of all available Peloton training programs.
